I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, who were very friendly and helpful, made my first trip to Russia a memorable one. They went out of their way to assist me, despite the language barrier. On my last day, they even called a taxi company on my behalf, waited with me, and ensured I wasn't overcharged. The hotel's central location, close to the city center and metro stations, was perfect for exploring the area. Additionally, the cleanliness and breakfast provided were top-notch.

I really liked the location of the hotel, as it was close to the metro and not too far from the center of the city. This made it convenient for me to explore different areas easily. there were some local recommended restaurants nearby, allowing me to try traditional Russian cuisine. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.
The check-in process took a long time and involved a lot of paperwork, which was quite annoying.
